Are you in need of some encouragement right now? As I play this video back I realize that i’m really talking to MYSELF! Sometimes I will get words and record them and i’m the main one in desperate need of it. But I want to encourage you as well. YOU MATTER!

Listen! This life; developing a higher self- esteem, figuring out your purpose and identity etc., is tough to navigate sometimes and it seems like you take 2 steps forward in your mental health or spiritual journey just to take 3 steps backwards. But I read in that Golden book (the Bible) that the crown of life is not given to the fast, perfect, have it all together people but to those who simply don’t give up!!!
